Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnosticX-ray procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Position patientsproperly and operate imaging equipment to capture high-qualityimages.
• Ensure patient safetyby following radiation protection protocols and maintainingproper equipment use.
• Prepare and maintainaccurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Assist in maintainingand calibrating imaging equipment for optimalperformance.
• Communicateeffectivelywith physicians, nurses, and other healthcareprofessionals tosupport accurate diagnoses.
• Provide compassionatecare, explaining procedures to patients and addressing anyconcerns.

Requirements

• Associate's degree orcertificate in Radiologic Technology from an accreditedprogram.
• ARRT (AmericanRegistryof Radiologic Technologists) certification (R)required.
• Current statelicensure(if applicable).
• BLS/CPRcertification.
• 1+ year of experienceas an X-Ray Tech (preferred, but new grads may beconsidered).
• Strong technicalskillswith imaging equipment and safetyprotocols.
• Excellentinterpersonaland patient-care skills.
