Job Title - Technical Salesforce Business Analyst

Location - Remote (United States)

Role Type - Contract (6-12month with potential for long-term renewal)

Must Have Skills:

• Expert-level Salesforce configuration experience with a strong focus on Flow and enterprise-scale automation
\n
• Proven ability to operate as a platform lead with broad Salesforce ecosystem knowledge beyond development
\n
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; architecture-level certifications highly preferred
\n
• Strong Apex development skills to support complex logic when declarative solutions are insufficient
\n
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a curious, problem-solving approach to platform design and optimization
\n

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Serve as a senior individual contributor and platform lead for Salesforce initiatives across the organization
\n
• Design and implement scalable solutions using a declarative-first approach (Flow, configuration over code)
\n
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
\n
• Oversee platform stewardship, ensuring stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
\n
• Modernize and refactor legacy automation including Workflow Rules and Process Builder into Flow
\n
• Reduce technical debt and improve overall system performance and usability
\n
• Work across multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
\n
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members without direct management responsibilities
\n
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for Salesforce platform evolution
\n
• Balance configuration and development work (approximately 80% configuration, 20% Apex)
\n
• Promote thoughtful solution design and avoid unnecessary custom code
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
\n
