The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our
Team Leaders earn an average of
$20-$24 per hour , paid weekly. Our
Partners earn an average of
$17-$19 per hour. You are also provided

Benefits & Pay The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you're a Team Lead: - Manage the team's schedule and driver safety
- Maintain the company car - notify staff is there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.)
- Maintain equipment - The team lead will take care of basic equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
