Job Description

C2N Diagnostics, a St. Louis based biotechnology company focused on commercializing high-quality in vitro diagnostics for neurodegenerative conditions, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Manager will support the execution of digital marketing programs across C2N's growing portfolio of innovative blood-based diagnostic solutions. This is an execution-focused role for a hands-on digital marketer who understands how to turn marketing strategy into high-quality, compliant digital content and campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will support website marketing, social media, digital campaigns, email and other digital initiatives, working closely with internal marketing, medical, legal and compliance teams and external agency partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a regulated healthcare environment. This is a remote position that will report to the Director of Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across website, social media, email and other digital channels.
  • Manage day-to-day updates and content for C2N Diagnostics websites, working with internal teams and agency partners as needed
  • Develop and coordinate social media content, including content calendars, copy, creative assets, scheduling and publishing
  • Create digital marketing briefs and coordinate development of campaign assets with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Manage agency feedback and revisions to ensure assets meet marketing objectives, brand standards and timelines
  • Coordinate the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review and approval process for digital marketing materials, including preparing submissions, tracking feedback and managing revisions through final approval
  • Maintain digital campaign calendars, project timelines and asset status to ensure work moves efficiently from concept through launch
  • Support development and execution of paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and website/social media metrics and provide regular reporting and insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital content, engagement and campaign performance based on data and audience behavior
  • Partner with Marketing, Medical, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to translate clinically complex information into clear, engaging digital content for healthcare professional audiences.
  • Help maintain digital content libraries, campaign assets and approved materials
  • Stay current on digital marketing platforms, social media trends and best practices relevant to healthcare and B2B marketing

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Approximately 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, biotechnology or another regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience executing digital marketing campaigns from development through launch
  • Experience with social media management, website content and digital campaign execution
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing creative/content revisions
  • Experience navigating an MLR, legal/compliance or similar review and approval process is strongly preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with scientific and clinical content
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand clinically and scientifically complex products and translate information into clear, audience-appropriate marketing content
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, website CMS and analytics platforms

Travel and Physical Requirements

  • This position could require up to 15% travel, including overnight travel, to attend internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Ability to sit and stand for up to periods of four (4) hours
  • Ability to lift up to thirty (30) pounds in an office environment

The potential base pay range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 annually. The actual base salary offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education and experience as well as location. Additionally, bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, along with a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits including paid time off, 401K plan and medical, dental and vision coverage.
